Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your information from Simply Social Agent yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Delete your whole account

  1. Log in and tap ? at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap My account, then Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

When you confirm, the app immediately:

  • Cancels your subscription, if you have one, by deleting your customer record at Stripe. This also removes your saved card from Stripe.
  • Deletes all your photos and videos from our storage.
  • Deletes your login and, with it, your profile, listings, posts, connected Instagram and Facebook accounts (including their access keys), reminder devices, plan details, and AI caption counts.

If anything goes wrong while canceling your subscription, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to try again, so you're never left paying for an account you deleted.

What account deletion doesn't reach

  • Posts already on Instagram or Facebook. Delete those in the Instagram or Facebook app.
  • The permission you gave on Instagram or Facebook. Remove it in their settings (see Social Media Connections & Permissions).
  • Records our service providers keep, such as Stripe's payment records, hosting logs, and database backups. These are kept under each provider's own policies.

Delete just some things

  • A listing: open it and tap Delete this listing. Its photos are deleted too, except any photos still used in a saved post.
  • Instagram or Facebook: tap Disconnect on its card on your Home page. This deletes the saved account and access key right away.

If you can't log in

Email john3smith615@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We'll check that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account the same way the app does, and email you when it's done.

Requests from Facebook

If you remove Simply Social Agent in your Facebook settings and ask for your data to be deleted, follow the steps on this page, or email us as described above.
