Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Simply Social Agent ("we", "us") for using the app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Billing & Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms.
What Simply Social Agent does
Simply Social Agent helps real estate agents market their listings: you add listings and photos, the app helps write captions with AI, and you can schedule posts to go out to an Instagram account or Facebook Page you connect, or get a reminder to post them yourself.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use Simply Social Agent for your real estate business. Keep your login private: you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content stays yours
You own the photos, listings, captions, and everything else you add. You give us permission to store, process, and send that content only as needed to run the app for you: for example, to have the AI write captions and to post to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for posts already published to Instagram or Facebook, which stay there until you remove them on those apps.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
- Make sure what you post is accurate and follows the law, Fair Housing rules, your brokerage's policies, your MLS rules, and real estate advertising rules (like showing your brokerage).
- Follow Instagram's and Facebook's rules when you post through the app.
- Don't misuse the app: no spam, no illegal content, and no trying to break or overload it.
AI-written captions
The AI drafts captions from what you give it, and it can make mistakes. The app flags some Fair Housing phrases, but it can't catch everything. Always read a caption before it goes out. You're responsible for what you post.
Posting for you
When you connect Instagram or a Facebook Page and schedule a post, the app tries to post it at the time you pick. We depend on Meta's systems to do this, so a post can be delayed or fail. When that happens, the app shows you and you can post it yourself. Posts don't go out while your account has no active plan.

Plans and payments
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After that, paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices, renewals, canceling and refunds are explained in our Billing & Cancellation Policy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time: tap ? at the top, then My account → Delete my account. See our Data Deletion Instructions for what that erases.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
The fine print
We work hard to keep Simply Social Agent running well, but it's provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-business damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we'll update the version and date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know before they take effect.
