Billing & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains what Simply Social Agent costs, how the free trial works, how your plan renews, and how to cancel.

The free trial

  • New accounts get 14 days of Pro free, starting the day you sign up. No card is needed.
  • During the free trial, you can schedule posts up to the last day of it. Posts after that need a paid plan.
  • When the free trial ends, you won't be charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. Your listings and posts stay saved, but posting, scheduling, AI captions and campaigns stop, and scheduled posts won't go out, until you pick a plan and pay. You can still open the Plans page, your account, and delete your account.

Plans and prices

  • Starter: $9.99 a month. Create and schedule posts, reminders, 30 AI captions a month, and auto-posting to Instagram.
  • Pro: $19.99 a month. Everything in Starter, plus unlimited AI captions for normal use (a fair-use limit of 500 a month prevents abuse), auto-posting to your Facebook Page, adding posts to your story automatically, Repeat Post campaigns, videos and Reels, and My Wins stats.

Prices are in US dollars. The current prices are always shown on the Plans page.

Automatic renewal

When you pick a plan, you pay through Stripe's secure checkout page. Your plan then renews automatically every month, and your card is charged the plan's price on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can see your renewal date, receipts and card under Plans → Manage my plan.

Changing plans

You can switch between Starter and Pro under Plans → Manage my plan.

Canceling

You can cancel online at any time: go to Plans → Manage my plan and choose cancel on Stripe's page. You don't need to call or email us.

Deleting your account also cancels your subscription right away and removes your saved card from Stripe. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

Refunds

Missed payments

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, Stripe may try your card again, and the app keeps your plan working while it does. If the payment still fails, your plan ends and posts pause until you pick a plan again.

Price changes

If we change our prices, we'll tell you before the new price applies to your plan.
